AYA is owned and operated by Shawn who has been a pleasure to work with. His team were quick and on time. And he was flexible scheduling times that worked for me while I needed to be in and out of the home for work. His team completed a leak repair that damaged my kitchen and the garage below.

Shawn and his team did an excellent job of addressing several issues in my home. Fixing leaks and dry rot in 22+ windows, patching roof leaks, replacing corroded down spout and painting the entire exterior of my 100 year old home, all work is of the highest quality and done in a timely manner.
