Shawn is a great contractor - he is super knowledgeable and will do what’s best for your home. He made good suggestions around how to lay our kitchen out, what adds cost and what’s useful. His team was super efficient - they were in and out in 2months which we didn’t expect considering the complexity of the work.

Shawn at AYA Homes has helped me out many times, and his subcontractors are always striving to do the best job possible. My recent projects have been complete roof replacement on a challenging home with many peaks, and exterior painting. Super work from everyone involved.

Shaun remodeled our downstairs, creating a home office through construction of new walls and relocation of doors, plus renovating the existing den. The work was of high quality and we were very satisfied at its conclusion.
