Do not use this company. I was satisfied at the time of work, but then it started cracking and chipping within the first year. They will not honor my warranty now either. It is not worth the money if it only lasts 1-2 years.
I had AZ Deck come out and re-surface my pool deck in 2019 and it looked great for a while. After about a year, I started to notice hollow spots and flaking areas on the deck, so I notified them and they were very responsive at the time. They came out and completely re-did the work. About a year later I started…
Nothing short of stellar! Our process was seamless from start to finish. Communication, follow through and clean up stand out amongst all of the contracting work we have had completed. We can’t thank you enough for the most amazing execution on our pool deck.
KOOL DECK REPAIRED, PAINTED, AND SEALED. Personnel were very professional, ensured quality results.
Fixed cracks and resurfaced pool deck and patio.
STAY AWAY. THEY RUINED MY DECK
Our pool deck was cracked and stained. AZ repaired and recoated it to perfection. Very professional and detailed. We highly recommend
It's hard to believe I see so many 5 star reviews. I had the company out 2 years ago to resurface the cool decking around my pool. My pictures look just like the other unsatisfied customers. After the first time they came out and resurfaced the deck it came up almost immediately. After weeks of waiting for a…
AZ Deck did a great job on repairing and recoating the existing deck. Looks brand new. Job was started and finished on time and I am very pleased with the finished product. Great job. Would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
AZ Deck provided a total pool deck service for our community pool. Their service included crack repair - and final painting of the entire surface --- our surface looks brand new. Great job AZ Deck !!
AZDeck replaced my existing CoolDeck pool surround, which was 16 years old, and almost 1200 sq. ft. of original decking. They did a great job, and only took 2 days, from complete grind down, to final painting, edging and clean-up. Looks fantastic, and is almost as "cool" as original. Very happy with every step of their service. Richard Klein Sun City West
Great team effort, got the job done right. Definitely recommend for deck resurfacing.
They were absolutely amazing. Showed up on time, great quality of work, and extremely professional. Cleaned up the area daily. End product is perfect. I would highly recommend them!
AZ Deck review: Vaughn Walter very personable and knowledgeable. Workers did an excellent job of renewing our cool deck. Got us in the schedule 3 weeks early and performed the restoration in one day and cleaned up so well we hardly knew that they were ever there. High complements to their service. The deck looks great.
Very good experience all around!!! Our sale person, Vaughn, answered all our questions and the crew was timely, precise, and did a beautiful job on our pool cool deck and patio area. They cleaned up every bit of the work site. Would confidently recommend AZ Deck.
We are very pleased with the prompt, professional job resurfacing our pool deck! The completed job looks fantastic! The crew was on time as scheduled and cleared up afterwards with care. We highly recommend AZ Deck!
I did my due diligence by receiving bids from several pool deck restoration companies and AZ Deck was by far the most professional, offered the best price and was responsive to my concerns. I would highly recommend them.
Raphael and Juan Jose (El Jefe y Ayudante) were an amazing team. Very friendly but professional and responsive to our requests. We are very satisfied with the new, refreshed look (had to redo after 18 years of patio entertaining).
By far the worst company I have EVER used. They like to change their name to avoid paying out claims sent in to BBB. Check them out under “Sunwest Pools” where they have been Disciplined/Suspended by ROC for multiple complaints. I have an email chain with over 50 emails from Anne Marie/Richard Larios containing…
