I’m revising my review due to Brett and Jay’s follow up on my concern and feedback. I recommend them 100%. Staff was friendly and efficient. I think it would be nice to offer a complimentary wash of the vehicle after the job is completed, similar to high end dealerships (I.e Acura) especially since you are unable to wash the car for 14 days after PPF replacement. I was little disappointed that Jay let me know that it would be another $50 for a light wash. Also was not crazy about the credit card processing fee. Honestly, I wish the location stayed in Tempe since the new location is in the edge of Maricopa county with tons of road construction and closures.

AzHeat has been such a great company to work with! Their prices are very competitive, but what really stood out to me was their customer service. I honestly didn’t mind driving all the way from Surprise to Mesa because of how helpful and patient they were. I knew absolutely nothing about PPF but they took the time to answer all my questions, walk around the car with me and explain everything. I never felt rushed and they were very accommodating throughout the entire process. Overall, just a really great experience and I would definitely recommend them!

My wife and I got a brand new 2026 Toyota RAV4 XSE, brand new, straight from the transport truck, and our goal was to get full front PPF, ceramic window tint, and ceramic coating done as soon as humanly possible. I shopped around at a number of PPF shops around the valley, and found AZ H.E.A.T to be the top choice for our time, budget, and ease of communication. Derek asked detailed questions about our car and also informed me that they had worked on several new gen RAV4s this year. He also worked with our budget considering all the services we wanted to get done to the new car. They were also very accommodating to our schedule to get the work done as soon as possible. The results speak for themselves in these pics. Their attention to detail was incredible. They also gave me a great tour of the shop and even let me take my own media of the process getting done, which speaks for how confident they are of their work. 5/5 would absolutely have them work on any future car purchase we make!
