Update from previous review. Had Brad repair the pulley brakes and perform a spring maintenance. First mow after service, the pulley brake flew out from under the deck. Brad repaired again. Since then, mower deck unlevel, oil level low, and now service light is on. Have communicated with Brad via text and having trouble getting follow-up service.
