Terrible. Chose move out cleaning, was charged for an extra hour and a half on top of paying for baseboard and sill cleaning. They didn't even mop. Total scam. Edit: we discovered skid marks on our baseboards throughout the entire house from their dirty vacuum. Paid extra for baseboard cleaning and they look worse than before BA cleaners was there.
The cleaners did a good job, we’re on time and eager to get started. This was a move out cleaning which encompassed the counters, floors, cabinets, appliances, bathrooms and garage. They did a very good job and very timely took about 2 hrs 45 minutes to complete
