Terrible. Chose move out cleaning, was charged for an extra hour and a half on top of paying for baseboard and sill cleaning. They didn't even mop. Total scam.

Edit: we discovered skid marks on our baseboards throughout the entire house from their dirty vacuum. Paid extra for baseboard cleaning and they look worse than before BA cleaners was there.
The cleaners did a good job, we’re on time and eager to get started. This was a move out cleaning which encompassed the counters, floors, cabinets, appliances, bathrooms and garage. They did a very good job and very timely took about 2 hrs 45 minutes to complete
Karla and the team did a fantastic job with our new home, making sure it was spotless for us to move in. I was pleasantly impressed with the results. Karla’s honesty, professionalism and clear communication also made the experience outstanding.
Hired their services using their online portal to help clean an apartment that had been occupied for 12+ years and had gone through 8 roommates. I needed a Deep Clean that included Fridge, Oven, and Cabinets. Cost was about $700 for 3 cleaners to manage the 2bd 1bth unit and took about 3 hours. My Cleaning Crew was…
Fantastic job, super clean - thank you, Veronica!!
Everything was great! I'd never used a service before and the price almost changed my mind but I'm so glad I did it. My new place was filthy but now you can smell the clean in the air!!
We had Suzana and Katherine complete our move out clean. They did an excellent and efficient job. They were kind, respectful and professional. I wish we weren’t moving away from the service area as we have enjoyed having Suzana at our monthly cleanings!
On short notice (24 hrs) Dayana and Suzana were assigned to clean a 1,400sq.ft condo a day before passing over the keys to the new owners (I was the listing agent). They did an excellent job in a timely manner with outstanding friendliness and detail. I was particularly impressed by the work on the refrigerator!…
Absolutely my GO TO service from here on out! Amazing people to work with and contacted us immediately when requested information, was not pushy and willing to help us work with what we needed as far as cleaning and budget for our move out. The home was done in a wonderful amount of time and looks beautiful and…

The technician was early. They were fast and efficient and they went out of their way and dispose of additional items that i forgot about.
Cleaner was on time, worked quickly, and did a very thorough job!
They are very professional. Guadalupe performs the cleaning at our home and she always does a terrific job.
