Babe Plumbing Heating and Air

After our experience with Bo and Babe Plumbing, there is no one else we’d use! From the beginning they were attentive and extremely communicative. With multiple sick people at home, Bo worked around us all and even let my 5 year old bring his flashlight in to look at what he was fixing. Every step of the process was… Read full review

From our initial phone call with Dana to our service from Weston I can't begin to say enough positive comments about our experience with Babe Plumbing. Weston went out of his way to explain everything he was doing. He was delightful with our puppy Stella and went out of his way to make her comfortable too. He is an asset to your company. Thank you all.

Showed up same day as I called, which was super convenient. Weston did a great job finding the source of a leak and connecting me with a good restoration recommendation. Very good communication with schedules and plumber.

We had a slow leak from our shower valve. We decided to replace the entire assembly behind the wall. Bo demonstrated remarkable attentiveness and sensitivity to our situation. His communication was not only clear and effective but also warm and engaging. He handled everything with impressive speed and courtesy, making our experience truly exceptional.

Appreciated the brief bio and photograph of our assigned plumber Isaac so we could recognize him when he arrived at our house. He was professional, friendly and very patient in sharing the work he was doing. Great experience!!

Wonderful company to work with. This company is fast and efficient. After working with several other companies, Babe plumbing corrected my drain problem in a professional manner. Weston was knowledgeable and found the problem right away. The next day my problem was corrected. He gave me 3 different options to… Read full review

Jeff was fantastic to work with and answered all my questions!

Over $200/hour. The plumber who served us from Babe plumbing, was very courteous, efficient, and professional. He replaced the valve on the water pipe coming into the house. I think the valve was maybe $30, perhaps a little bit more. The plumber came a little before noon, assessed the situation, talk to me about a… Read full review

Weston was the serviceman that repaired the pluming leakage in our home. He was very professional in his initial assessment and explained the options and cost for us. He made the necessary repairs easily for us. We appreciate Babe's Plumbing for their scheduling the service work in timely manner. Thank you.

I found them professional, friendly, and prompt.

I had a fairly straight forward repair of some old broken CPVC supply lines in my rental property. The tech that came out did fine, eventually needed some helpers to stop over, and at the end of the day, they still were not complete with the project. This was due to one of the guys cutting the drain pipe too… Read full review

I cannot praise this company enough. Very professional, but humble. It felt like I was actually talking to a human who truly cared. Ann has excellent customer service! Highly recommend!!! Had a leak and eventual break of the line to the washer. Water on the floor and leaving tomorrow for vacation. Jason was out to do the repair within 2 hours. Got a final price quote immediately and the repair was done within 20 min. Very friendly staff and easy to work with.

I needed them to come verify whether we had a gas leak, or not, after CPE came and installed a new meter and told us we had a gas leak. Jordan Plumbing was able to come the same day as I called. Anne was so friendly and kind on the phone, both while making my appointment, as well as in accepting payment over the… Read full review
