Their customer service sucks. I never got an invoice because my husband doesn't have an email address, I was told they would file the rebate with the energy company and they don't, and now I am trying to call and have two numbers - ALWAYS goes to VM and the mailbox is FULL!!!!!!!

Top notch customer service! We had a second issue come up the same day and they came back and took care of it immediately! Isaac was awesome! He knew I was stressed out and did an excellent job of explaining everything that was going on. I would highly recommend going with them!

We had Bo come out and replace our water heater. He did a great job of explaining things and worked with us to get this best option. He was also quick to install and go over things after he was finished. We will be using them again!

I may not have the greatest home but leaving a mess in the shower from draining the old water heater, boot marks on the floor and leak detector also left on the floor is not what I would call a professional install.
