Their customer service sucks. I never got an invoice because my husband doesn't have an email address, I was told they would file the rebate with the energy company and they don't, and now I am trying to call and have two numbers - ALWAYS goes to VM and the mailbox is FULL!!!!!!!
Top Notch! Babe Plumbing was available the same day I called, In fact they had a service person come out within an hour, and it was fairly late in the day. We talked through many options without pushing one way or another. I felt educated and was able to make an informed decision. We scheduled at a time that…
Babe Plumbing replaced our water heater recently and it was the best experience! The website is absolutely the easiest to use, lots of good information provided, as well as a link to financing. The lady who answered the phone was super nice, very knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help us! She answered all…
Top notch customer service! We had a second issue come up the same day and they came back and took care of it immediately! Isaac was awesome! He knew I was stressed out and did an excellent job of explaining everything that was going on. I would highly recommend going with them!
We had Bo come out and replace our water heater. He did a great job of explaining things and worked with us to get this best option. He was also quick to install and go over things after he was finished. We will be using them again!
Bo and Mike were a complete pleasure to work with as they installed my tankless water heater. Great personalties, very professional. They did amazing work, were extremely considerate, and made me feel very confident in the company and their work. Highly recommend. Thanks Babe (Haha)!
I had a great experience with Babe Plumbing Heating and Air. I called yesterday about my hot water heater leaking and possibly needing to be replaced. They had a technician, Bo, out the very next day. Bo was awesome. Super easy to communicate with right from the start, which I really appreciate when dealing with…
Babe Plumbing, Drains, Water Heaters did a fantastic job! They responded quickly and replaced our water heater promptly. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and gave honest, practical advice about what would and wouldn’t work for our specific situation. Highly recommended for their speed, expertise, and integrity.
Came very quickly and went over options in detail. Was very clear on prices before any work was done. Very good work and would use again.
Very professional
Worked with me for my time slot and service was completed fast.
We were lucky enough to have Jeff come out to our home when our water heater broke. We couldn’t be happier with the way we were treated! He was professional, friendly, and straightforward in how he approached everything. Would recommend to anyone needing work done. In addition, their support staff were super…
The plumber was polite and clear-- made things easy to understand. Efficient with time.
I may not have the greatest home but leaving a mess in the shower from draining the old water heater, boot marks on the floor and leak detector also left on the floor is not what I would call a professional install. For the price(spendy) they were fast . Also took a new pilot/thermo unit ( $35.00)from the old water…
Curt did a great job! He left the place cleaner then it was before he arrived. Very professional and fast service. Jeff, the owner, was also very nice!
I had a leak with my water heater and I called Babe Plumbing to see if maybe they could get to it and they were out that afternoon. Angie was great at taking my information and Jeff was totally professional and great to talk to while he installed our new water heater. All my questions were answered. I will…
Through the years I’ve hired a number of plumbers within Mankato. When you need a plumber you’re looking for someone who consistently communicates well, does a great job and completes it on time. Jeff is a professional in all these areas. Home owners understand when I share that “Murphy’s law” is alive and well…
This is the second time I’ve contacted this company for work and both times the work has been fantastic. The dispatcher was very transparent, honest, and helpful giving me a good time frame as well as trying to work around my schedule. The technician Weston was very knowledgeable and helpful and did fantastic work…
Weston was amazing, and had our water heater changed in no time at all!
Westin was very knowledgeable and so kind! He took the time to answer my questions and explain everything in detail to me. Due to the holiday, we had no hot water for 5 full days with 2 small toddlers, which was so hard. My water heater was fixed same day that I called and that alone was a huge positive! I will…
We had a water heater tank fail on us this Friday afternoon. We called and set an appointment first thing Monday morning for a wonderful time frame of 8-830. Not only is this a better scheduling then I’ve had from other companies (“We can be there between 8-4”) but also holding to the window. Jason showed up…
They were prompt & worked around our schedule to replace our water heater. Very professional & knowledgeable. Would highly recommend their services!
We called about a leaking water heater and Jeff was there the same day to diagnose. They worked closely with our home warranty company and took all that stress away from us. The water heater was replaced 2 days later. The team was fast, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend Jordan Plumbing and Heating!
From start to finish everyone I worked with was fantastic. The estimate costs of the options are set. So once you agree to whatever you are going to buy, that is what the bill will be, even if issues come up along the way. I needed a longer power cord and some different mounting hardware. There was no adjustment or…
My 11 year 6 month old water heater kept dying despite valiant efforts of resuscitation the past 12 months. New water heater installed yesterday and the A+ inspection was this morning by the City of Mankato. Jordan Plumbing and Heating, LLC. is the best of the best! The only call to make for your plumbing and…
Jordan Plumbing and Heating was fantastic! Not only did they get me an appt the morning i called, they assessed the problem and were able to replace my water heater the within the same day when it went out. And they were able to fix a leak under my sink. Super friendly and accommodating staff and highly recommend them and use them again!!
Jeff was incredible, he showed up and replaced my water heater on the weekend before the old leaking water heater could ruin my brand new carpet!!! Then he helps me get the water heater replaced under factory warranty after Olsen plumbing and heating from New ulm who installed it would not even return my calls!!! My plumber for life!!!
I've had Jordan come to my place several times. Once when my kid flushed a toy down the toilet and I couldn't get it out - another when I tried to replace a toilet part and broke it off, and then again to have them replace my water heater. I wouldn't have had them come out three times if I wasn't happy with the…
I was super happy with the customer service! You couldn't ask for nicer people to work with on the phone and in your home during installation. I'd recommend them to anyone !! Great fast service!
Quality work for fair price every single time. No where else I would go for plumbing help.
Jeff is such a great guy to have answer your service calls! We him install a new water heater and also had him reroute our dryer vent! Now it's efficient and no longer getting clogged up! New kitchen sink installed too! Can't wait to have him back after the holidays for our bathroom remodel! Hard-working and timely!! Highly recommend him and his company !
I used Jordan plumbing for my irrigation system pluming as my house was not set up for irrigation. He performed very high quality work and was neat and clean. He was very knowledgeable about this installation and answered all my questions. I also used Jordan Plumbing when my hot water heater was leaking. He came to…
