Backroads Grooming holds a 4.8 rating from 122 reviews, with customers frequently praising the quality of cuts, bathing, and nail trimming for various dog breeds. Reviewers highlight the staff's patience with nervous or senior pets, their knowledge of specific coat types, and the facility's cleanliness. While most find the pricing fair for the service provided, a minority of low-star reviews cite uneven haircuts, a paw injury, and a lack of communication regarding pickup times.

Our dogs love it here and they always look great when we pick them up. They’ve been super helpful with our Shihtzu able to keep her long coat. ❤️
I am very impressed with their knowledge and ability to groom Cocker Spaniels. My boy always looks fabulous and smells great when I pick him up! They always go above and beyond in the customer service department also. They even fit him in for a quick bath in between grooming. I will continue to use their service for bathing and grooming! 😊
I love BackRoads Grooming! I am so happy to have found Dustin . He goes above and beyond for my Doberman pupppy. It’s a really great place . I would highly recommend
Dustin & Emma did an OUTSTANDING job on my fluffy german shepherd. Her winter undercoat was so matted and her fur was so bristly and dry. She just looked so neglected despite me trying to keep up with it. Leaving there she’s a brand new dog. She’s silky, shiny, smooth and smells beautiful ❤️ I had put it off so long…
We LOVE Backroads Grooming!! Our dogs always smell and look amazing when they’re done! We have taken our border collie other places for deshedding and Dustin does the best job by far!!
Dustin and his team are so sweet and professional. They get our Aussie done super quick and our pup always looks amazing. Highly recommend!

Thank you for trusting us with Luna. We love her and she’s getting better and better at Grooming each time. It’s amazing to see all the hair come out of one little husky like that.
