Working with Bailey Design + Build was one of the best decisions we made for our project. They were organized, responsive, and deeply invested in delivering a high-quality result. They brought tremendous value beyond construction alone, helping with design decisions and ensuring everything came together cohesively.…
The Bailey team completed a full interior renovation of our home. It was a big undertaking. We removed and added walls, gutted multiple bathrooms, the kitchen is completely new, we moved the entrance and added a half bath as well as kitchenette area in the rec room. The team was fantastic. The project finished 5…
We could not have asked for a better working relationship than the one we had with Bailey. We were updated daily concerning the process and what was coming next. Ian was a delight to work with, he showed up every day with a smile and quickly became part of our family. Liam and Trevor were always upbeat and…
Bailey is a very organized company. They provide you with a schedule and most services were completed ahead of schedule. They have a physical office in St. Matthews where you meet with them initially and one more time. Workers showed up at scheduled times and sometimes even ahead of schedule. Felt incredibly…

Bailey Design was wonderful! We highly recommend them!! Having the project manager on site almost every day was incredibly helpful and nothing we have ever experienced before when doing a renovation!!
The Bailey team just completed a full home renovation on our St Matthews home, and they were absolutely fantastic! We are extremely happy with the final product, but the positive experience starts long before construction. We trusted in their process, from consultation to finish selections, and put a good bit of…
We had an outstanding experience working with Bailey Design + Build on a major outdoor addition project at our home. The project included designing and constructing a separate outdoor structure along with a large stamped concrete patio upgrade, and the results exceeded our expectations. We began working with their…
Overall, a good experience, with good customer service. With any renovation/remodel, there were some unforeseen bumps in the road, but Bailey stepped in to fix and ensure they were putting their best product out there. From a pricing perspective, you're certainly paying for a "white glove" level of service. This…
Bailey Design remodeled our Primary Bath and added an En Suite Bathroom to our guest bedroom, and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined! The entire team at Bailey Design made our dream design come true, and we could not been more proud of the results. If you are looking for a remodeler who can…
Professional, reliable and high quality work. Highly recommend
The team at Bailey Design and Build is world class! We worked with the design and Build teams and felt like we had concierge service from start to finish. Katharine and James provided many unique and creative design ideas that we were able to incorporate into the renovation. We remodeled a 1939 house which posed…
We were excited to work with Bailey Design + Build on our project having heard many great things about their team, their work and their attention to customer service. Just completed our final walkthrough with Bailey Design and Build last week. Our 70’s colonial had an extensive renovation including new wood flooring across the first floor, wall removal, relocation of the kitchen, new bathroom upstairs and in the basement, and pouring a new patio and driveway. We vacated the…

I would never use anyone else in Louisville to build or remodel again! We have built two custom homes previously. This project with Bailey was a renovation and we are thrilled with both the process overall and the end result. They are meticulous with detailed planning up front in both design and cost estimates.…
We recently used Bailey Design + Build for a renovation of our main floor. They turned our formal dining room into a pantry and laundry room, created a new mud room out of our old laundry room, completely remodeled our kitchen, primary bath, and primary closet. From the initial meetings, to design preparation, and…
I just completed a basement renovation (creepy unfinished St Matthews basement to beautiful family space/laundry room/gym and half bath) as well as full bathroom remodel and several other small cosmetic changes. The work is fantastic quality and completed on time and on budget. The only changes to the budget were…
Loving our location but outgrowing our house had us searching for a way to remodel our home to fit our lives. We had met with an architect and a few contractors but kept ending up at a dead end. Fortunately for us, we turned to Bailey Design + Build for help. They listened to every concern we had no matter how small…
We just completed our second experience using Bailey, and they did an excellent job again. This time, we had a full kitchen and first floor remodel completed. From the design and planning process through the execution of the project, Bailey’s support was top notch. Particular strengths include: - Timeliness - The…
We partnered with Bailey on a remodel that encompassed our entire first floor and a good portion of our upstairs. From start to finish the entire team was collaborative, communicative and responsive. We heard nothing but great things from every vendor they partner with and they were on time as promised. Both of…
We had a fantastic experience from planning and design to the final walk through. The whole team is very thorough and lots of planning on the front end ensured that the project stayed right on schedule and within budget through the whole process. I can’t say enough good things about the experience and I’m thrilled…
Bailey Remodeling recently completed a project that included adding primary bathroom/closet, creating first floor laundry room and powder room, renovating two bathrooms and refinishing hardwood floors. From the very first conversation with Brandon, I was impressed with the Bailey team. Their creativity, flexibility,…
The team at Bailey redesigned the kitchen and bathroom of my mother-in-law’s home. They turned her home into a brighter, modern, and accessible space where she can enjoy living for many years to come. The team leader, Josh was wonderful to work with and kept us fully informed during each stage of the project,…
We were in need of a finished basement, some primary bathroom remodeling, and the possible addition of a second floor bathroom. Having been through the build and remodeling process several times, the idea of remodeling didn’t phase us, but finding the right fit for this type of project was paramount. It was…
We used Bailey to remodel our kitchen, laundry, and master bath. They also refinished our deck and screened porch. We could not be happier with our experience - for a large project like ours, they were calm cool and collected throughout the entire renovation from ideation to completion. Everything was completed on…
We completed a kitchen and first floor remodel in Jan 2023 with Bailey Remodeling, and we are incredibly happy with the final outcome of our project and with the entire Bailey team that helped us! This is my kind of company: Every team member you meet helps to grow your confidence that you made the right selection…
I have worked with Brandon both professionally and personally. Being in the interior design and staging business, I had many choices of whom I could have worked with on my personal project. I chose Bailey Remodeling because of their business model and quality of work. Their approach is unique in that they ask a…
