I have used Bailtek twice and have been impressed every time. Chris and Greg are professional, thorough, and would highly recommend. I will be calling them again for future second stair interior dry vent cleaning.
BailTek sent Chris an Kanaan out to clean our air ducts. They were very polite, professional and efficient. Chris and Alex did a great job. Explained what and how they would do the job. Good communication before arriving and during the process. Very happy with the work.
The crew, Chris and Alex, explained in detail before they started the job what they would be doing, how long it could take, and the costs involved. I appreciated that information upfront. I might suggest they wear the disposable shoe covers when possible.
I have had them do my carpets and my air ducts and they have done an awesome hobby on both! Greg J and Chris P were polite courteous, professional and very easy to work with! Would highly recommend

Very happy with our prompt service and scheduling for our duct cleaning. Greg J and Chris were wonderful to work with and even recommended checking our dryer vents which was not needed and appreciated their honesty in not needing it done. They even wished my husband a happy Father’s Day!
Chris and Greg are friendly, professional, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, respectful and most importantly got along with our doggies. They told me exactly what was happening, cleaned my vents and such very quickly and completely, and were willing to go above and beyond by offering to re-install some vent covers…
Bailtek did an amazing job cleaning out our dryer vent and bathroom fan vents. There were nests in all of them, active birds in 3 of them & 2 dead birds in another. They were efficient, communicated well and so helpful! They also installed the vent covers I bought from Lowe’s while they were up there so hopefully I…
