Have never been satisfied with the larger corporate companies I’ve used in the past for carpet cleaning. I wanted to try a family owned company and came upon BailTex. Hunter and Luka did an excellent job. Very professional and pleasant to have in my home. When needed, BailTex is definitely who I will call.
We were dog sitting for our daughter at our home and the dog picked this time to have a severe intestinal episode in the middle of the night all over our carpet--she carpet bombed our carpet. This of course was on the weekend, but Bailtek had their technician, Steve to our home within an hour. Steve was polite, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in his service. And he offered to come back on Monday should some discoloring persist once dry. Needless to say, we were very pleased with the service as a whole and the outcome.

Love this place! Our carpets get lots of human and dog traffic, and of course the occasional coffee spill. Bailtek always does a great job for us. Recently we had Kaleb and Kanaan out and they did a fantastic job. Can't say enough about the fast, friendly and professsional service. So glad we found you guys! Chris & Jamie Ross

BailTek sent Chris an Kanaan out to clean our air ducts. They were very polite, professional and efficient. They explained every step before they started and then explained what they were doing and why as they proceeded. They showed me each of the access points they created and the plugs or patches they installed to reseal the system. Even with 25+ air ducts (heating and cold air returns combined), they completed the job in about 3 hours. They even cleaned out a long unused dryer vent full of lint. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job overall, and I highly recommend this company and this duo if you are considering getting your air ducts cleaned.
