Horrible service. Has gone down significantly over the last few months. 1) Ruined my drywall when failing to repair a water heater. 2) Took weeks and several trips with additional service fees to install a thermostat. I will not be using them again despite being a customer for 10 year prior. Avoid them.
Baker Brothers technicians were able to identify problems with my AC system & correct the problems.
Next day service w/ no extra charge for a Saturday call out! Tech made the repairs and upgraded my system the same day! No extra call out required. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!

Our compressor failed in 100 degree heat. The technician came as requested, determined the problems, had the parts on hand and had us repaired in under an hour. Thankfully some of the parts were under warranty, so it eased the stress a bit.
I love my relation ship with Baler Brothers. The price was good. One of the best decisions I have ever made is the Family plan. It has saved me so much money.
