Horrible service. Has gone down significantly over the last few months. 1) Ruined my drywall when failing to repair a water heater. 2) Took weeks and several trips with additional service fees to install a thermostat. I will not be using them again despite being a customer for 10 year prior. Avoid them.

My experience - incorrect diagnosis, pricey appointment (the price was 100$ more than other plumbers) and suggested me to replace the unit when there was no problem at all. Learnt lesson hard way to research well before booking

Always used baker brothers and they have been amazing whether electric, plumbing and air conditioning.
We have used them for hot water tank after hours temp repair prior to total replacement (next day). We have also used them for HVAC repair (because of course on a hot day the AC won't work). Talk about professional, this guy and gal came in dressed in uniform, assessed the problem and fixed everything immediately. Highly recommend. John Happney was just awesome. Had another tech come out to fix a couple other things we found and Jarius Smith was our tech and he was extremely helpful and very professional. Great guy.
