Horrible service. Has gone down significantly over the last few months. 1) Ruined my drywall when failing to repair a water heater. 2) Took weeks and several trips with additional service fees to install a thermostat. I will not be using them again despite being a customer for 10 year prior. Avoid them.

During a storm our tankless showed an error so we shut it down. Baker Brothers, who had installed it, came out quickly to assess the issue to get it back online. Seems the storm was so server that rain came through the side exhaust which then reported moisture in the machine. The machine did exactly as it should with the error.Things are back to normal.
