Bill was exceptional! Very friendly and professional. He explained everything so I could understand his everything step.

Daniel did an excellent job. He spent a great deal of time evaluating and explaining our problems. He showed us photos of his work in progress. There was no pressure just clear facts. We would use Ballard again if Daniel is an example of the quality of the technicians that they hire. I feel cooler already.

Cameron did an outstanding job of explaining what was wrong to me. He is friendly with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend Ballard and Cameron.

Kevin Rivas serviced my A/C on May 20, 2026. He was professional, friendly and very proficient at his job. He explained what he did and tried to make sure I was informed as to how my A/C unit was operating. Very easy to talk to and to do business with. Excellent experience!

Called for ac tune up. Ac was working just fine prior to service, not so Much the next day.

I subscribed to Ballards maintenance program to keep our HVAC system in top working condition and get a 10% discount for any required work. Art has come to the house before and wears a mask when ever in the house, which is much appreciated. He is always welcome!

Cameron Leon was awesome!!! He did beyond our expectations. He is knowledgeable and professional. We will only accept him back for our hearing and ac service and repairs.

I don't know what they did, they only recommended high ticket items that are not needed.

Reuben, our technician, was so personable and extremely knowledgeable. We are seniors and he was able to give us A LOT of info that we could understand. (Now maintaining the info is a whole different ball game for us seniors but that’s on us! lol)

I contacted Ballard on short notice due to a water leak. The repair technician Angel came out and addressed the issue, provided education on the cost, why there was a system failure and homeowner preventative maintenance tips. Very thorough, knowledgeable and willing to educate me on my systems. I will definitely reach back out down the line for future.

I’m so impressed with the services I received today on a check and tuneup of my HVAC system. Technician Johnny, was professional, friendly, and overall attention to details and his expertise and recommendations were amazing. I will use this company for any services I may need in the future.

Gabriel came on scheduled time for AC tune up. He is very nice, respectful and professional. He explained every detail and was very thorough with the AC system unit. He suggested us what we need for maintenance. He wasn't pushy to sell us anything. Thank you Gabriel.
