Bill was exceptional! Very friendly and professional. He explained everything so I could understand his everything step.

Daniel did an excellent job. He spent a great deal of time evaluating and explaining our problems. He showed us photos of his work in progress. There was no pressure just clear facts. We would use Ballard again if Daniel is an example of the quality of the technicians that they hire. I feel cooler already.

I subscribed to Ballards maintenance program to keep our HVAC system in top working condition and get a 10% discount for any required work. Art has come to the house before and wears a mask when ever in the house, which is much appreciated. He is always welcome!

Cameron Leon was awesome!!! He did beyond our expectations. He is knowledgeable and professional. We will only accept him back for our hearing and ac service and repairs.

I don't know what they did, they only recommended high ticket items that are not needed.

I contacted Ballard on short notice due to a water leak. The repair technician Angel came out and addressed the issue, provided education on the cost, why there was a system failure and homeowner preventative maintenance tips. Very thorough, knowledgeable and willing to educate me on my systems. I will definitely reach back out down the line for future.

I’m so impressed with the services I received today on a check and tuneup of my HVAC system. Technician Johnny, was professional, friendly, and overall attention to details and his expertise and recommendations were amazing. I will use this company for any services I may need in the future.

After using a different HVAC company for 15 years, their pricing had gotten a little high so I called Ballard to do my annual A/C maintenance. They were very reasonably priced and provided excellent and professional service. They will be my new HVAC contractor.

The technician came and replaced the part that we thought was not working and just left. He did check to see if the house was cool. He didn’t care. Just changed the part and left. My air was not working and had to call someone else. I will never do business with you guys again.

All of the Ballard technicians, from the AC guys to the plumbing crew, are all professional and do a great job explaining what they are doing and why. They are also transparent with pricing so there are no surprises when the bill arrives.

I had an emergency outage of my air-conditioning unit and they got a technician to me in just over 2 hrs. and he was able to find what was wrong, explain it and fix it quickly

Well I thought I could get My AC checked before summer. Daniel came out I had one of those half off service cards. After some confusion I learned you can't ck AC in cold temperatures @ I didn't have heater issues. He was so nice. Didn't charge for coming out.
