Ballard Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

Great service and great customer service. Would call again if I need help with my AC! Cameron was amazing at explaining everything!

Daniel the service representative was on time and did an outstanding job with the service. He reviewed with me the condition of my units and recommended what I could do to keep the units run better in the future. He also communicated any potential problems that could happen in the future based on the age of the units.

The gentleman was knowledgeable, efficient, and offered alternatives when I advised him I would not be able to purchase an entire system today; mine is 22 years old. He was able to obtain the part necessary to get it running today, and scheduled a future date to discuss replacement of the entire system. I am ever… Read full review

Very professional service from Ballard Plumbing. They responded quickly to my broken pipe problem and helped me understand what happened. Manuel was very patient with our questions. I recommend Ballard for anyone with plumbing needs.

Bill was exceptional! Very friendly and professional. He explained everything so I could understand his everything step.

Fantastic all the way around. Professional, on time, and didn’t leave until the system was up and running perfectly. Bravo, guys!!!!

Kevin did an amazing job he was very courteous and explained what he was doing throughout the entire process.

I am very pleased with service provided by Angel on my ac unit. He was very professional, friendly and informative during the repair. After asking questions about maintaining my unit, he made recommendations as well as other services that Ballard provides without any “high pressure sales” pitch. I would definitely recommend.

He arrived on time, and because of his prior work on the system, was quick at zeroing in on the problem. He didn't shrink from the hard work he had to do. I felt confident of his skills, and the system is now working beautifully.

I subscribed to Ballards maintenance program to keep our HVAC system in top working condition and get a 10% discount for any required work. Art has come to the house before and wears a mask when ever in the house, which is much appreciated. He is always welcome!

First I called in the evening on Wednesday to make an appointment and they had one available between 8to12am the next day I scheduled that one. In the morning I received a text stating the appointment and who the technician was with his picture attached which I thought was awesome because of all the fraud going on.… Read full review

The job was done well was a little disappointed that he didn’t cover up the hole. I had already exposed it, trying to save money, but after the repair is still open.

Professional people who get right to work and explain what needs to be done and the price for parts/labor. Very experienced staff.

Chris and Jackson were very efficient and did an excellent job!

Showed up on time and did a great job clearing the plug in the pipes. Very personable. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Awesome service Thanks

I have used Ballard's for over 30 years. I would not call any other company as long as they are a business.

I have dealt with Ballard for many years. I find them to be very honest and dependable. I would not call anyone but Ballard to service my HVAC. I know I can trust them.

Wow! I’m totally impressed!! Thomas took care of my problem. Sent technician Jose to check my ac after hours. I’m not disappointed at all. Thanks so much !! María Aldrete

All of the Ballard technicians, from the AC guys to the plumbing crew, are all professional and do a great job explaining what they are doing and why. They are also transparent with pricing so there are no surprises when the bill arrives.

From Angel to Ryan and crew they did a fantastic job. My AC installation was not an easy job as my home was built in 1910. They had to do some additional work to have access to complete the installation. Thomas from their office was really helpful too. I would feel comfortable recommending them. I called for… Read full review

Very good job done. Friendly

I I have used this company for over thirty years and Have never been disappointed. Today they rushed out and fixed a plumbing problem, so I would have one less thing to worry about as I start chemo.

All professionals from receptionist to techs, AC installers even the owner was nice. The worker that arrived first to clean ducts was here from beginning to end working nonstop. I didn't see him take a break. I like how everything was explained so that we understood. I got a new AC installed. It's working great. I… Read full review

I have never had a problem with them and they come right away. I highly recommend them for all services that they provide.

All the technicians who worked in replacing our AC system were very professionals

The owners have always been great to our family. Technician Daniel did a great job today. Polite and fixed the problem within minutes.

The service technicians were all very professional. Ballard installed a new AC unit and I am very pleased with service and also the price. At a time when everything is increasing price, Ballard honored the price that they gave me last year. I was able to get the system because of that. Satisfied customer.

Ryan showed me the main problem and explained further the reason why it happened. He seemed very honest and knowledgeable. He gave me every detail of it and I also learned a lot from him. I had Ballard serviced my home as they got good reviews and this was only my first time, however I am already impressed and I… Read full review
