Daniel the service representative was on time and did an outstanding job with the service. He reviewed with me the condition of my units and recommended what I could do to keep the units run better in the future. He also communicated any potential problems that could happen in the future based on the age of the units.

The gentleman was knowledgeable, efficient, and offered alternatives when I advised him I would not be able to purchase an entire system today; mine is 22 years old. I am very pleased with service provided by Angel on my ac unit. He was very professional, friendly and informative during the repair. After asking questions about maintaining my unit, he made recommendations as well as other services that Ballard provides without any “high pressure sales” pitch. I would definitely recommend.

He arrived on time, and because of his prior work on the system, was quick at zeroing in on the problem. He didn't shrink from the hard work he had to do. I felt confident of his skills, and the system is now working beautifully.

I subscribed to Ballards maintenance program to keep our HVAC system in top working condition and get a 10% discount for any required work. Art has come to the house before and wears a mask when ever in the house, which is much appreciated. He is always welcome!

The job was done well was a little disappointed that he didn’t cover up the hole. I had already exposed it, trying to save money, but after the repair is still open.

Professional people who get right to work and explain what needs to be done and the price for parts/labor. Very experienced staff.

All of the Ballard technicians, from the AC guys to the plumbing crew, are all professional and do a great job explaining what they are doing and why. They are also transparent with pricing so there are no surprises when the bill arrives.

Angel showed up within the given window (loved having a heads up text introducing him) and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Motor was replaced quickly and our house was cooling down very quickly!

Its our second time using their service and another efficient staff that went and fixed our AC.

We had our air conditioner replaced by them in 2008. Yearly we use their maintenance service and the air conditioner has performed wonderfully. Recently it needed some maintenance we called them out. they were prompt and thorough. With service like this I'm sure it will last many more years .. Our service man was Daniel and he did a wonderful job.
