We had Daniel & Gilbert come out and replace all air ducts in attic 2 story 3,ooo Sq foot home in 5.5 hours ,very clean job they removed old out dated air ducts they did a professional job. Our technician, Daniel, was professional, friendly and informative. We appreciate the good service. I'm really glad we went with Ballard as it's a locally owned family business and has been in operation for 70 years or so. Their prices are competitive (your not paying for any expensive marketing) and their customer service is top notch.

It was a sudden emergency water leaking into the stair way. Ballard team diagnosed problem quickly. Any fixing would be expensive and short lived. Old HVAC was 20+ yo. We decided to replace it.
