Art is the best. He explains everything so you know exactly what he's doing and why. He was on time, as usual, and really very professional.

Angel did a good job of checking over my HVAC system and explaining what was wrong with the condenser. I recommend him.

I was very impressed with Gaberal, he was very informative. Very good at what he checked out and provided pictures.

Daniel the service representative was on time and did an outstanding job with the service. He reviewed with me the condition of my units and recommended what I could do to keep the units run better in the future. He also communicated any potential problems that could happen in the future based on the age of the units.

Two Ballard specialists completely removed and replaced existing A/C, heater in one working day. Work quality is outstanding. The team was very professional and worked well together and kept us informed during the day. They removed all of the old equipment and trained us how to operate the new system.

We had Daniel & Gilbert come out and replace all air ducts in attic 2 story 3,ooo Sq foot home in 5.5 hours ,very clean job they removed old out dated air ducts they did a professional job.
