Amazing up keep to my 1 year old a/c system always professional

Angel was great! He was thorough, got right to the heart of the problem, fixed it & left us very happy & contented. In fact, we asked if he could be out regular maintenance man for the a/c. We are happy to know we can request our "Angel!"

Daniel did a great job of showing up on time, being detailed, and doing quality work. I’m not sure what the mangers name was but he came out and was very knowledgeable as well and educated me on my AC system. Great job guys

Great service. Very courteous and willing to answer questions and explain any work done.

It was a good install, we only had one problem with the switch, but it was taken of right away. It's so nice to have our system working again.

Marcus Came out same day and was very kind and knowledgeable

Marcus Dillion is amazing. Hes truly a profesional at his work and very friendly. Our AC was not working and Marcus found the problem very efficiently. Within an hour or 2 our AC was up and running again.

After the work was done there were some problems with my kitchen lights but they were fix right away.

The tech was nice found the problem and fixed it. A switch, one switch, I saw the box it was a very small box. 340$ I checked the internet and it said 80$ unless the repair company marked it up. So I feel ripped off.

Professional, kind and fast service. Cameron did a wonderful and clean job. Also, took the time to explain everything he was doing so that I understood.

Ballard company employee resolved the issue with my air continuing , however, in the invoice the breakdown for repairs, replacement of parts and labor is nor specified . That is very important to customers satisfaction and to give them a more positive review..

Armando was very nice and professional, he replaced our old water heater, before the work began, he offered us few options about our water heater problem, his worked time as he promised to finish on time. We like to have him again as our plumber for any plumbing related problem.

Kevin is a Rockstar! He got the house to start cooling in literally a few minutes, his expertise allowed him to diagnose & solution the a/c problem in only a few seconds - awesome service!

I contacted Ballard on short notice due to a water leak. The repair technician Angel came out and addressed the issue, provided education on the cost, why there was a system failure and homeowner preventative maintenance tips. Very thorough, knowledgeable and willing to educate me on my systems. I will definitely reach back out down the line for future.

Reuben thoroughly explained our options and completed services efficiently. We also purchased the annual HVAC maintenance plan. Ballard was able to send Reuben out the same day that we called for service.

Installation of new AC took more time than expected. They said something about parts had be obtained from the warehouse.
