Two Ballard specialists completely removed and replaced existing A/C, heater in one working day. Work quality is outstanding. The team was very professional and worked well together and kept us informed during the day. They removed all of the old equipment and trained us how to operate the new system.
Our technician, Daniel, was professional, friendly and informative. We appreciate the good service. I'm really glad we went with Ballard as it's a locally owned family business and has been in operation for 70 years or so. Their prices are competitive (your not paying for any expensive marketing) and their customer service is top notch.
