Nick did an excellent job. He was quick and accommodating. He explained things as he worked and provided me with pictures of the finished project.
The first time I had someone come over from Ballard to maintenance my unit was Gabe and he was so informative and nice. A year later I got the opportunity to meet Thomas and Kevin from the very second they entered my home they went right to work. Kevin showed me the inside of my unit and explained everything I was…
Technician arrived on time, very courteous and respectful. Pointed out a few issues that may need attention in the future, but not pushy.
Gabe was very nice and knowledgeable. He performed a thorough inspection of our AC and Heat unit. And gave us suggestions to improve our system functions and longevity.
The diagnosing of a problem I had with my system was done with professionalism you don’t see every day. The technician Angel really explained things in a way that was comforting and respectful and I’d refer him to anyone I know that was in need of heating and plumbing.
HVAC Technician Kevin Rivas was dus I watched to my home. He was very informative, professional, and courteous. He took the time to explain everything as well as arrived on time. Out of all of the previous GVAC companies I've dealt with in the past, Kevin made Ballard Plumbing stand out in the most positive light imaginable. Thank you, Kevin!!
Very good job, knowledge, and no pushing on items to buy.
Daniel was amazing. Great technician.
First time with Ballard, service was outstanding, tech was very thorough and explained everything well. Will definitely be a customer going forward.
Reuben, our technician, was so personable and extremely knowledgeable. We are seniors and he was able to give us A LOT of info that we could understand. (Now maintaining the info is a whole different ball game for us seniors but that’s on us! lol)
Very good experience with Angel. He was here within the time frame, kept us apprised of his progress, and did a great job. Thia is the second time he has serviced our heater/air conditioner and we couldn’t be more satisfied.
Extremely impressed with Ballards. Kevin Rivas was very accommodating and helpful. Answered my questions in depth, cared about my concerns, and performed quality work. He was super knowledgeable We have used Ballards before and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
They are always wonderful. Love them. Hard working, considerate, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did everything they could to make sure we were happy with the job they did. Thank you so much guys
The job was done well was a little disappointed that he didn’t cover up the hole. I had already exposed it, trying to save money, but after the repair is still open.
Technician Daniel was very knowledgeable and explained in detail everything that he was doing and why he was doing it.
Your employee Angel was very professional and competent. He informed me of some needed preventive maintenance, and was able to do it on the spot. He even worked thru his lunch hour in order to complete the job. Please give him a raise and make him general manager by next week. A. Arteaga
After being recommended by 2 friends, we had Ballard service our A/C last Spring. Now in the hottest summer ever, we began hearing disturbing sounds from the system and had a tech , Angel, come out today. He was friendly, efficient and after examining and tweaking the system he did not hustle us for unneeded…
