Technician arrived on time, very courteous and respectful. Pointed out a few issues that may need attention in the future, but not pushy.

Gabe was very nice and knowledgeable. He performed a thorough inspection of our AC and Heat unit. And gave us suggestions to improve our system functions and longevity.

The diagnosing of a problem I had with my system was done with professionalism you don’t see every day. The technician Angel really explained things in a way that was comforting and respectful and I’d refer him to anyone I know that was in need of heating and plumbing.

HVAC Technician Kevin Rivas was dus I watched to my home. He was very informative, professional, and courteous. He took the time to explain everything as well as arrived on time. Out of all of the previous GVAC companies I've dealt with in the past, Kevin made Ballard Plumbing stand out in the most positive light imaginable. Thank you, Kevin!!

The job was done well was a little disappointed that he didn’t cover up the hole. I had already exposed it, trying to save money, but after the repair is still open.

Best customer service I have ever encountered!!! They responded in less than a minute by text whenever I had ANY questions. They accommodated MY schedules. Will not hesitate to hire them in the future.

The technician was very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything very thoroughly so I knew what he was doing. I have used Ballards in the past and we'll continue to use them in the future without any reservation.

Ballard is the best. We have used them for years and I can’t say enough good things about them. They get the job done, they get it done right and they have excellent customer service. Ryan was amazing. He got my furnace working in no time at all and then stayed longer to make sure that it was working properly. He even helped me start up my hot water heater! Thanks so much for great service!

Friendly professional and time efficient central a/c & heating maintenance.

I had a new HVAC system installed by Ballard but had never used the heater. It was starting to get a little chilly at night and I couldn’t get the heater to start. Called Ballard when they opened and they had a technician there within 2 hours. Everything was quickly reset and my heat is great!

We had our air conditioner replaced by them in 2008. Yearly we use their maintenance service and the air conditioner has performed wonderfully. Recently it needed some maintenance we called them out. they were prompt and thorough. With service like this I'm sure it will last many more years .. Our service man was Daniel and he did a wonderful job.

Ryan serviced my heating unit and replaced a capacitor. He explained the capacitor wasn’t performing as it should but the unit would continue to work. I opted to replace it before it totally failed. Ryan was very thorough and I did not feel pressured to replace the capacitor. Great work and friendly technician.
