Daniel was very quick and thorough. He explained every step of the process in addition he forewarned about possible issues we may face in the future. He looked at our duct work as well and gave his suggestions.

My heater was not working, I called Ballard. The technician that helped me was Angel Cabral. He came out and had my heater working in less than 30 minutes. The price was excellent. I would highly recommend Ballard and especially Angel Cabral!!!!
