HVAC Technician Kevin Rivas was dus I watched to my home. He was very informative, professional, and courteous. He took the time to explain everything as well as arrived on time. Out of all of the previous GVAC companies I've dealt with in the past, Kevin made Ballard Plumbing stand out in the most positive light imaginable. Thank you, Kevin!!
Your employee Angel was very professional and competent. He informed me of some needed preventive maintenance, and was able to do it on the spot. He even worked thru his lunch hour in order to complete the job. Please give him a raise and make him general manager by next week. A. Arteaga

I highly recommend Ballard and, in particular, Ryan (for heating) and Cody (for plumbing). Both were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and professional ... and patiently answered all of my questions. If you have any heating, plumbing, or other needs, please make certain you call Ballard first.
