Two Ballard specialists completely removed and replaced existing A/C, heater in one working day. Work quality is outstanding. The team was very professional and worked well together and kept us informed during the day. They removed all of the old equipment and trained us how to operate the new system.

Great service! Called about the air conditioning not cooling. They came out on a Friday and determined it needed to be replaced as it was the original unit in the house built in 1994. Came back on Monday morning and installed the new unit and were finished by noon. Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians. I will definitely use them again.

Heat and air system installation

From the beginning Art was not only prompt but early. He was very clear in his explanations & followed thru as agreed upon. The workers were very considerate & patient with me & our new system works amazingly.
