Two Ballard specialists completely removed and replaced existing A/C, heater in one working day. Work quality is outstanding. The team was very professional and worked well together and kept us informed during the day. They removed all of the old equipment and trained us how to operate the new system.

Technicians are very good. They are happy to answer any question and explain things. I was very happy with my tech, very knowledgeable. I'm very impressed with Ballard's people.

Ballards continues to be our go-to for both plumbing and HVAC. Wanted to replace our thermostat with one that was easier to use. Daniel switched it out and I’m checking the heater, found an error code which he repaired. Daniel was great and Ballards is always responsive and efficient.

It was a sudden emergency water leaking into the stair way. Ballard team diagnosed problem quickly. Any fixing would be expensive and short lived. Old HVAC was 20+ yo. We decided to replace it. Ballards came out to service our 2 a/c units and found one of the thermostats wasn’t working. They replaced it and got the first unit working again. Ballard is the best. We have used them for years and I can’t say enough good things about them. They get the job done, they get it done right and they have excellent customer service.
