Ballard has been our plumber for almost 14 years! This time they replaced our water heater. Darryl was an amazing plumber! He assessed and tried several different things to fix it before recommending a replacement. He did a great job! He was quick and we were grateful he was able to get it all done on a Saturday.

Sergio did fine. I'm still and will remain puzzled by a $560 bill to install a garbage disposal that retails at Home Depot for $120.00, and taking less than 20 min to complete the job. Have been using Ballard for years. Plumbing, and ac/heat. They are always professional polite on time and do t sell you stuff you don’t need.

My install went very well as usual.

Dennis was very professional and knowledgeable in his trade. Communication was quick and simple. My unit works very well and he went above and beyond to hear and address other concerns. Overall, GREAT SERVICE! Will do business with them again.
