Ballard has been our plumber for almost 14 years! This time they replaced our water heater. Darryl was an amazing plumber! He assessed and tried several different things to fix it before recommending a replacement. He did a great job! He was quick and we were grateful he was able to get it all done on a Saturday.

Installed a new water heater. They had to go under my house in the basement around & through some outside stairs & bushes because I live in the mountains in an old house. Jordan did a great job. He even noticed my swamp cooler was leaking & fixed it. Very satisfied. Will definitely use them again.

Manuel was very helpful today installing our shower head and advising us on other fixtures we anticipate replacing.

This guy came and diagnosed the problem and had the repair done in an hours time.
