He did a beautiful job. He was very respectful and very polite. He answered all our questions and concerns. He cleaned his mess and showed me when he was done how the faucets worked. I would recommend him to anyone who was in need to of plumbing.

Rene did a phenomenal job in helping us re-pipe our entire house, which was built in the 1920s! From start to finish, he was always available to answer any questions, he made sure the team was aware of our needs and made the process very easy. We’ve used Ballards for several big jobs now and they have the best team. Thanks again Rene and Matthew!

Darryl was exvellent

Ballard has been our plumber for almost 14 years! This time they replaced our water heater. Darryl was an amazing plumber! He assessed and tried several different things to fix it before recommending a replacement. He did a great job! He was quick and we were grateful he was able to get it all done on a Saturday.

Darryl was excellent. He quickly evaluated the leak in my toilet, showed me pictures of the problem, showed pictures of the replacement parts as well as the final installation of the parts. Darryl is so very skilled as a plumber . Thank you Darryl

Jordan from Ballard plumbing was an excellent professional representative who diagnosed our problem and offered several resolutions to the problem. Within 2 days our house was completing repiped and our walls were patched and we could resume our with our household functions. Everything was explained and done to our satisfaction.

James was able to rule out whether or not I had a foundation leak issue pretty quickly. This was quite a relief because of the potential expense. He pointed out the signs and symptoms of foundation leaks as well. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Plumbing repair

Very knowledgeable, proactive and helpful. Made a to-do list with chronological order to complete. He took the time to crawl under home and videotape problems. Inspected gas lines and detected leaks; he was EXCEPTIONAL. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing and knew it well enough to teach it.

Ballard is the best. We have used them for years and I can’t say enough good things about them. They get the job done, they get it done right and they have excellent customer service. I have never had a problem with them and they come right away. I highly recommend them for all services that they provide.

I can't give Manuel from Ballard plumbing enough stars for his very professional diagnosis and work on our leaking shower. He is very honest, polite, patient and professional and transparent. No other plumber have we ever encountered had such professionalism!

Jordan came to help us with our water heater drain valve which was leaking. He was on time, efficient, professional and fairly priced. Friendly and knew what he was doing. The repair left the valve better than the original condition it came in. I definitely would use this company again.
