He did a beautiful job. He was very respectful and very polite. He answered all our questions and concerns. He cleaned his mess and showed me when he was done how the faucets worked. I would recommend him to anyone who was in need to of plumbing.

Rene did a phenomenal job in helping us re-pipe our entire house, which was built in the 1920s! From start to finish, he was always available to answer any questions, he made sure the team was aware of our needs and made the process very easy. Way over priced quote. Did not have the work done. I refuse to pay $100 for parts and $800 for one hour of labor. The quote was insulting and may quit being a long time customer. NO break on being a long time customer for more than 30 years.

Ballard has been our plumber for almost 14 years! This time they replaced our water heater. Darryl was an amazing plumber! He assessed and tried several different things to fix it before recommending a replacement. He did a great job! He was quick and we were grateful he was able to get it all done on a Saturday.
