Way over priced quote. Did not have the work done. I refuse to pay $100 for parts and $800 for one hour of labor. The quote was insulting and may quit being a long time customer. NO break on being a long time customer for more than 30 years.

Have been a Ballard's customer since 1977. There service is the best. I have tried other plumbing services looking for cheaper service and always end up paying more because they don't do a good job. Ballard's is not a guessing service. They know their job. They only come once to do the job.

All of the Ballard technicians, from the AC guys to the plumbing crew, are all professional and do a great job explaining what they are doing and why. They are also transparent with pricing so there are no surprises when the bill arrives.

Quick service. Technician was able to fix all my issues and company had a same day appointment available. Plumber was professional and explained all the repairs he completed.

Frank came out on Monday and fixed the leak under my bathroom sink. He was very polite and friendly. We talked about some other issues I had with the plumbing and he’s here again (Wednesday). Getting me all fixed up. Super nice guy and communicates well and is keeping me informed of his progress.

I had no hot water and a leak coming from the area of the water heater. I had a leak at my water heater. I thought for sure I’d need a new tank and was dreading the cost. But Erick came out, fixed a leak on a pipe and turned on the pilot light which had gone out. Everything has been fine since. Very happy not to have needed a new hot water heater.
