Heat and air system installation
Jose performed an AC tune up and let us know about a small issue and was prepared to fix the issue for us right then and there. Very considerate and competent service.
The technician was very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything very thoroughly so I knew what he was doing. I have used Ballards in the past and we'll continue to use them in the future without any reservation.
Ballard is the best. We have used them for years and I can’t say enough good things about them. They get the job done, they get it done right and they have excellent customer service. I have never had a problem with them and they come right away. I highly recommend them for all services that they provide.

I have used Ballard for years. Manual actually did a nearby repair years ago. This repair required both AC by Ryan and plumbing by Manuel. Always professional and easy to work with. I’m by so glad the repair is done.
