Manuel Vazquez took care to diagnose the problem we were having. He also helped us brainstorm an idea for how to install our reverse osmosis system with our new sink. He was very helpful, courteous, and professional. we always appreciate the speed and efficiency that comes with Ballard plumbing.

Tech very nice , polite knowledgeable quick repair. I had Ballard out to do original repair but being on fixed income couldn't repair then.4 months ago repair was $900.00 now it was $1169.00 and that is on top of the service call fee of $79 for inspecting unit for problem that I paid originally. Randy did a great job explaining how to examine the septic tank and putting a camera into the sewer line. His job estimate was exactly what he charged. I am very impressed with his knowledge and experience and I trust his work.

I thought Art was great trying to see if my a/c could be fixed. He did give me the option to have it fixed or replace the whole unit. I chose to replace my whole unit. They all did a great job. I'm so happy with their work and there honesty.. Victor did a great fast job today. Was on time and very nice
