Extremely disappointed. Told my concern about my parents cat about feline herpes and wanted to get tested for that and they end up doing blood work to check his organs. I assumed that meant his lungs too because they are an organ turns out they didn’t even check his upper respiratory. Charged me $400 for blood panel just for it to be normal and then I asked about his lung and then was told they didn’t even check it and it would be $290 more! They did NOT Listen nor did they check previous record form the last vet. They said they called but couldn’t find anything but didn’t even call me afterwards to double check the info because his last record were under my parents name. They are NOT communicating with each other at all. Every vet tech and front office personnel were on different pages! They basically scammed out of money and ignored my actual concerns about the cat.

The best staff of any vet I have ever been to! They always make me feel like I'm at home and they care for my pet the same way they'd take care of theirs. I love their front office desk workers. They are all extremely personable and understanding. Even during difficult vet visits, I never feel pressured to put on a face. I love how informative and eloquent the doctors are. They are great when it comes to patient education, going as far as to print out informationals regarding issues that my pet is experiencing. They never pressured me to sign up for anything or buy any specific brand they stock- but their wellness plans are definitely worth it. Thank you! (:

Fantastic service and care for reasonable price. We discovered worms in our senior dog's stool on Saturday, so we visited this location because it was the only vet open on Sundays. We didn't have an appointment and were also first time clients. We were signed in quickly and were able to see a vet tech within 15 minutes. It really felt like they wanted the best outcome for our dog and recommended us treatments that were not only efficient but affordable. They were also upfront about pricing every step of the way, so there were no surprises. For the cost of a proper check-up, stool test, heartworm test, full round of vaccines, and a dose of Simparica, it came out to about $358 uninsured. Had I asked for the minimum to treat just the worms, it probably would have been less than half of that. All in all, I thought it was a very reasonable price for a healthy dog and peace of mind. I really appreciate the treatment we received from Banfield, and I would trust other Banfield locations in the event we have to take our girl anywhere. Highly recommend this location.

They were kind and patient with us the entire time. I’m very grateful for Dr. Fox and the rest of the staff.

They didn't try to do any unnecessary tests or treatments. Offered and included us with options and rationals to why certain things should be done and why she felt other things weren't necessary without any pressure. We walked out with complete confidence in the treatment decisions and feel our pug received excellent treatment. We will definitely go back again if our fur daughter needs any other urgent care needs.

Came in today because my dogs had a issue with his genitals. Apparently they were working on a dog that had such a bad issue with fleas they had to give a blood transfusion. They did a amazing job on my dog very quick and extremely helpful but apparently must of brought him in the same room as the flea infested dog. My dog is now completely covered in fleas. His entire body is full of fleas. I have two other dogs that now I'm going to have to bring all three to the vet due to this issue. I'm extremely pissed. My dogs have never had fleas. I spend a lot of money to insure that. There so many there jumping off of him onto me and my husband. This is ridiculous. I can't believe I bring my dog to the vet for one issue and leave after spending over 100$ just to bring home a infestation of fleas that are now on all 3 of my dogs. Someone needs to call me because y'all knew y'all had a animal in there that was infested with fleas, to the point he had to have a blood transfusion. This was told to us multiple times. Now there's literally hundreds of fleas all over my dog. This dog was apparently very ill. Now I'm afraid that my dog could get sick. I don't know what illnesses this dog had. Now I have these fleas off this infected dog crawling all over my puppy.
