Prompt service call with a friendly and competent technician.

Was very efficient knew what he was doing quick and very knowledgeable of his job. This is a technician that has been here before, and I won’t hesitate at all to heave him here over and over as my technician for my yearly service.

Cable broke on one side of door with car trapped in. Contacted Banko and they had a repair person on site by 3:15. Mark was excellent. Determined what needed done and fixed it without any issues. Banko installed the door and I will always call them before anyone else.

Eli was very professional and technicality brilliant. He showed me a belt that was damaged. He said it could last awhile and didn’t try to upsell me at all. I ended up replacing it after all. He is an asset to the company and should be valued as such.

Excellent response time - same morning that my spring broke they were out within an hour! They were so great and the technician was a 30 year veteran of working on doors and his expertise was extremely comforting. Thank you SO MUCH for the GREAT TEAMWORK!

Great customer service!

My customers service experience was very informative and overall a pleasant experience , furthermore he was clear and concise of the warranty process aswell.

I was very pleased with Banko's tech. He explained the source of the problem and how to solve it. He also answered all my questions. The tech proceeded to fix the problem quickly.
