Prompt service call with a friendly and competent technician.

Was very efficient knew what he was doing quick and very knowledgeable of his job. This is a technician that has been here before, and I won’t hesitate at all to heave him here over and over as my technician for my yearly service.

Cable broke on one side of door with car trapped in. Contacted Banko and they had a repair person on site by 3:15. Mark was excellent. Determined what needed done and fixed it without any issues. Banko installed the door and I will always call them before anyone else.

My customers service experience was very informative and overall a pleasant experience , furthermore he was clear and concise of the warranty process aswell.

I was very pleased with Banko's tech. He explained the source of the problem and how to solve it. He also answered all my questions. The tech proceeded to fix the problem quickly.

I have found Banko to be very capable with all my garage door needs. Their guys are always very friendly, professional and patient with all my questions. If you have a "good" garage door company, try Banko for an even better experience.

I called Akko about some issue with my garage door. They were out in a few days . The technician found the issue with a sensor & corrected the problem. While he was out he serviced the door & lubricated it. It is working perfectly! The technician was polite & very helpful through he process. I would recommend them to my friend’s & neighbors!

The technician was on time and laid out what he would be doing for the repair and offered other options. He did the work quickly and neatly and everything worked out great. Easy customer service help and set up and very responsive.

Not a fan! Had springs replaced that lasted less than 5,000 cycles, but yeah, were over 3 years old, so they did nothing for me as they were "out of warranty".
