Wrong part was added which cost us money having the door repainted.

I had a great experience with Banko! They fixed my garage door and explained the entire process clearly. Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful from beginning to end. I really appreciated them taking the time to explain what needed to be done and answer my questions. Highly recommend!

Was very efficient knew what he was doing quick and very knowledgeable of his job. This is a technician that has been here before, and I won’t hesitate at all to heave him here over and over as my technician for my yearly service.

Eli was fantastic! He reviewed the issue, determined no parts were needed and made the necessary repair that fixed the problem for the long haul! He was extremely professional! I would highly recommend Banko to anyone that needs assistance with their garage door. A+++

Johnny knows what he’s doing! My garage door is much quieter, he checked it over and gave me a few tips on how to keep it lubed. It didn’t take him very long but I pay people for what they know not what they do. He has lots of experience and it shows.

Dave's customer service, patience and professionalism exceeded our expectations. His explanation of the service being provided calmed my spirit. He also changed our garage light bulb and put the cover on our garage lights. EXCELLENT TECHNICIAN!
