Wrong part was added which cost us money having the door repainted.

I had a great experience with Banko! They fixed my garage door and explained the entire process clearly. Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful from beginning to end. I really appreciated them taking the time to explain what needed to be done and answer my questions. Highly recommend!

Was very efficient knew what he was doing quick and very knowledgeable of his job. This is a technician that has been here before, and I won’t hesitate at all to heave him here over and over as my technician for my yearly service.

Johnny knows what he’s doing! My garage door is much quieter, he checked it over and gave me a few tips on how to keep it lubed. It didn’t take him very long but I pay people for what they know not what they do. He has lots of experience and it shows.

Excellent customer service. The spring broke and could not open the heavy 2 car door. Banko came out in 5 hours and saved me.

The technician was on time, friendly and professional. He resolved our issue quickly and efficiently.

Requested a quote and within 2 days to installation was completed. Service person that came to the property was right to point. Got it done very quickly and picked up all the trash. It's good not to have to clean up after someone else.

Great job was able to do the job in a record amount of time. Great communication. Explained all my options and different price points and I would highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

Can't believe all we needed was a bulb and you charged $129.00 for that. Senior citizens at that. You could have a Senior citizens rate for little things like that.
