Wrong part was added which cost us money having the door repainted.

Johnny knows what he’s doing! My garage door is much quieter, he checked it over and gave me a few tips on how to keep it lubed. It didn’t take him very long but I pay people for what they know not what they do. He has lots of experience and it shows.

Excellent customer service. The spring broke and could not open the heavy 2 car door. Banko came out in 5 hours and saved me.

The technician was on time, friendly and professional. He resolved our issue quickly and efficiently.

Requested a quote and within 2 days to installation was completed. Service person that came to the property was right to point. Got it done very quickly and picked up all the trash. It's good not to have to clean up after someone else.

8/2026- Just had my annual maintenance completed by Dillon and David. The appointment was easy to make, they called and let me know about their anticipated arrival and after some minor adjustments and lubrication- everything is working just fine. I appreciate their expertise.

Thomas came out and did a very thorough maintenance on our doors. He was fast, personable, professional, and did a great job answering my questions and reviewing the condition of the doors since they fixed them a few years ago. Highly recommend (especially Thomas)

He was so honest, and he went over with me on what all he did to the garage door to fix the sensor issue, and he told me that he tightened several bolts that were a bit loose on the door mounting areas.
