Banko quoted a panel replacement. Was assured the same color and quality panel would be used. Come to find out the panel does not match and I was told to paint it myself or get it painted??? Not happy.

We called Banko late Friday and they came the following Saturday morning. The gentleman that did the work was terrific. He knew the problem immediately and fixed it in short order. Not a fan! Had springs replaced that lasted less than 5,000 cycles, but yeah, were over 3 years old, so they did nothing for me as they were "out of warranty". On Monday, I called for service of my garage door. I got an appointment for the next day! Service tech found frayed cables & was able to replacement both & service the door.

I needed my garage door repaired and Banko came out the very next day, diagnosed the problem and handled it right away. It took a couple of hours. They were professional and efficient. We are very happy with Banko and will not use any other company for our garage doors.
