We hired Banner to help us get rid of mice. They really know what they are talking about and use rodenticides that don’t have a secondary effect (don’t harm cats or birds of prey). Significantly reduced/eliminated mouse activity!

Rick at Banner Pest Control was great! We had a yellow jacket nest in the wall. Rick responded right away and was able to come right out to take care of the nest. Would definitely call again.
We had a great experience with them, removing bees. They were on time, professional, friendly, and did a wonderful job. We really appreciated the help and would definitely recommend them again. Most importantly, they solved my Bee problem.
Rick was professional and great to work with! We had a bee problem 4 days before a big cookout at our house. He answered the call right away and arrived within hours (perfect timing he was in the area!). Bees were gone in 48 hours just as he said they should be! Price given was guarantee to get rid of them even if he had to come back to spray again. Rick came highly recommended to me and I’m so glad! Thank you!!!

It’s never great to be in the situation where your home requires these types of services but I feel confident that when I call Rick, he will show up on time and as scheduled, be honest with the assessment of what needs to be done, communicate through the process, address any questions/concerns and is clear with any required follow-ups or action plans. He also clearly explains pricing and what’s included. I’ve worked with him two times (requiring a few visits each time) and have had a consistently positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Banner and will work with them again when/if needed.
