Sounds like the crew left exactly the impression we aim for.
Being professional, fast, and friendly on site is a high bar, and it means a lot to know that came through clearly. We appreciate the recommendation and are glad the job went smoothly from start to finish.

What a relief to know the situation was handled safely and completely. We’re glad Nicole, Jan, and Devonte could provide the kind and professional support you deserved in a difficult moment. Your words about the team mean a great deal to us, and we appreciate you sharing them.

This is an easy 4.7 out of 5 stars for me. My ONLY complaint was the workers they sent (who were overall great) left two water bottles in the yard.
I highly recommend this service they treat all their customers like me.

That kind of tree removal takes planning, and it’s good to hear the 4 pines came down cleanly and left the yard level.
We also appreciate the note on pricing, timing, and how smooth the prep was. I’m sorry about the water bottles left behind — that’s a miss we should have avoided.

Handling a tree of that size without any damage to the property is exactly the kind of result we aim for. We are also glad the cleanup met your expectations, since finishing a major project well matters just as much as the removal itself. Your feedback means a great deal to our team.

We recently had two tall oak trees in our backyard that needed removing. Access and removal of the trees were both challenging due to the location of the trees and limited access to our backyard. The crew from Barone's were able to maneuver and position their equipment to cut and haul away the two trees with some damage to a paved walkway which we had to have repaired. We have contacted them on multiple occasions for follow up, but have not received a response.

Navigating the removal of two tall oak trees, especially with limited access, was indeed a challenge, and it's rewarding to hear that our team's precision and skillful maneuvering met your expectations. Ensuring no damage to vital structures and leaving the area clean reflects our commitment to quality and dependability.

I am disappointed that the company chose to respond with inaccurate information rather than address the concerns raised in my review. First, the tree left behind was not a cedar tree. Secondly, the statement that I have an outstanding balance is and was false at the time of the response. This statement was made after a payment in full had been received. The job date, June 1st. The crew returned June 3rd that is when a check #163 was given to the crewman. June 4th the check cleared the bank and I received an email confirming payment also on June 4th. The review from the owner was posted June 7th or 8th, well after the payment in full. I gave an honest account and review. I hope future patrons consider your actions before choosing this company.

Barone's crew was polite, professional, and worked hard. After I raised concerns of a smaller tree being left behind, the company did send the crew back to remove it, which I appreciated. Your response is not true. The tree left behind was not a cedar. June 4 email received confirming full payment. Check also cleared bank 6/4/26. Please revise your statement of an existing outstanding balance.Crew came June 1st, 2nd visit June 3, payment in full june 4. Your review posted June 7,2026

We apologize that your expectations were not met. However, the small cedar tree that you are referring to was not a part of your quote, which was to remove a Hackberry and fallen oak tree. Our estimate person also reviewed this with you to show you that it was not included. We returned to removed the small cedar tree as a courtesy at no additional charge because you refused payment until it was removed, in which we sent a smaller crew to complete with the necessary equipment needed to complete that. We removed all trees that were cut down from your property and brought them to the waste facility. We brought all necessary equipment to complete this. Additionally, we have not received the full payment for the job. There is an outstanding balance.

Work was timely and professional. Crew did an excellent job in removing trees and a superb job of cleaning up all the debris. The yard was left in excellent condition.
