Technicians and office staff are always courteous and efficient. Willie Richardson was able to quickly diagnose and repair my A/C system. He explained things thoroughly and took care of it expeditiously. 5-stars.
Evan Weaver was my assigned technician for ; today's visit. This tech was extremely professional, thorough, and did an amazingly comprehensive job. He explained potential options to me (for now and in the future), explained the potential benefits, and explained them in an order of priority which was really helpful.…
Mitchell was incredibly professional, thorough, and detailed. Will absolutely return to Bartlett.
Blake came in and explained things in great detail and gave honest recommendations that made sense. At the end of the day we received a reasonable quote for things we knew needed to be done. More thank happy with our experience with Blake and Bartlett in general.
I called with no AC and Zach came right out to fix it. Cooling now, thank you! James came the next morning with replacement coil and installed. I love these people! Part 2 is that I love Zach and I love Jeff. Only thing better is the 2 of them together.
Our experience with Bartlett has been amazing! Started with Holly who is so customer focused but crowning Jewel was Mitchell!!! He is an amazing technician! He was so thorough and knowledgeable! We had 4 units with lots of issues. He documented everything and explained it all. Stayed late to finish it until almost 8 PM. Thank you Mitchell!

Edit: Apparently this company was bought out in 2025 and now like to employ predatory scare tactics to sell you products and services you dont need. Do not believe the reviews and BBB score, the name means nothing anymore. On a routine service call they spent 3 hours in my house, having to call in a product manager…
Gene always does a great job maintaining our HVAC systems. He shows up on times and really goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.
Have used Bartlett for 5+ years now. Great staff and service! No high pressure sales pitch. Very honest team. Highly recommended! In that time I have also had unexpected things happen, and they are always quick to respond, and can get in quickly to fix the problem. It's like having a family member in your…
I have been using Bartlett for almost 30 years. I love working with a family business that has made me feel like an honorary Bartlett! The service is always top notch and I appreciate the support I get from them. Highly recommend!
Super Mario did a great job!
Bo, did an excellent job explaining what the problem was with my unit, what was required to repair it and the importance of having it serviced every 6 months. He was also patient, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I definitely plan to call the company to get on a A/C preventive maintenance plan. Nedra Martin-Chambers
Evan was Exceptional in every way. He arrived within 2 hours of my call to Bartlett. Ran down two complex electrical issues, repaired them and got the system up and running.
Bo is the greatest! Worth his weight in gold!
Had a great service call that we had already diagnosed. Our tech today was Frank. He was very friendly and listened to what we assumed was the problem. Frank explained to us how the problem could have happened and did a simple tap on the device to get it working. He also looked deeper to make sure the motor that…
Consistently a pleasure to work with, personable, professional, prompt!!! And Henry, our dog, agrees!!! We needed emergency service on a Sunday, by days end we were all fixed!
Evan was very communicative, explained the situation well and was very patient during the whole process. He managed to get on site quickly and got the system up and running again.
Routine inspection and annual maintenance renewal. Included thorough cleaning, evaluation, and recommendations. Mitchell is happy to answer questions and discuss his process, and he does so with friendly enthusiasm. I've come to trust Mitchell over the years, and always specify him as the tech I want working on my system.
Willie was great! Came out quickly on a 95° day after our A/C system stopped blowing cold air the night before. He was courteous and professional! Worked quickly and thoroughly, starting with the furnace. He had our system working within minutes upon finding the internal capacitor bad. Thanks Willie and thank you…
