We had our regular Fall check of our system with our regular HVAC tech, Mitchell. He is always pleasant and courteous, plus he has demonstrated more than once when servicing our HVAC that he really knows his stuff. He previously dealt with a leak due to a cracked drainage pipe from one of our two units. Mitchell is…
Willie was knowledgeable, polite, and quick. He analysed the problem with my gas heater for the upstairs zone, and replaced the filter which had become clogged with dust and lint. I would recommend Bartlett to anyone here in Marietta.
Technicians and office staff are always courteous and efficient. Willie Richardson was able to quickly diagnose and repair my A/C system. He explained things thoroughly and took care of it expeditiously. 5-stars.
Had an amazing experience with Bartlett Heating & Cooling today! We have original builder grade units that have finally had enough and need to be replaced. Mario and Jeff did an amazing job on explaining the situation and showing us the details of everything! They both then sat down and explained our options and…
I gave Quint the maintenance plan agreement and thought I had paid for it when I gave him my credit card. But I think I only payed for the filter. He left the agreement on my . table. How do you want me to pay for the agreement

UPDATE: Jesse performed our semi-annual maintenance thoroughly with care. Chris and the Bartlett team are great! Performed my semi-annual service promptly and efficiently. While performing the routine maintenance, he noted a few other items (condensation, dirty blower after construction, and recommended HEPA…

Re-charged A/C and adjusted furnace WC pressure. Perfect job. Very courteous, on time, and knowledgeable. I’ll be using them, and hopefully Kyle, next time I need service.
Mario and Sean did above and beyond!
I’ve been using Bartlett for the last couple of years and have loved having them. Stephen is as just out for my annual check up and was great. Highly recommend him and them.
Willie was efficient, pleasant and trustworthy. It does still feel like I am paying my HVAC contractor $170 to come to my home to find all the things they can offer to replace or upgrade vs simply serving my units. The only “service” I felt was offered was to install new filters (which I supplied and can do myself)…
Bartlett Heating & Cooling is very reliable and always does great work. Our heating system started making concerning noises when the temperature outside started to drop and they were able to get us an appointment quickly. Wilder on the phone was super helpful and made scheduling easy, and our technician Stephen was…

Erice did a great job with the seasonal maintenance on my HVAC system this fall. He cleaned and tested the whole system and prepped the furnace for the cooler months. We're ready for the winter cold!
Trust Jeff, so knowledgeable and willing to explain various options and add his professional advice. It's why we went with Bartlett and will likely purchase one more unit soon.

Gene did a wonderful job. He was kind, thorough, and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me and even showed me pictures so I could understand everything that needed to be done.
Everything went well for first time maintenance visit. Wanted to star from a baseline after purchasing property in early 2026. Replacing worn out capacitors and switches was expected since we did not know when previous maintenance was done. Everything was completed well and system was good.
Great service, very professional and informative!
