Technicians and office staff are always courteous and efficient. Willie Richardson was able to quickly diagnose and repair my A/C system. He explained things thoroughly and took care of it expeditiously. 5-stars.
Evan Weaver was my assigned technician for ; today's visit. This tech was extremely professional, thorough, and did an amazingly comprehensive job. He explained potential options to me (for now and in the future), explained the potential benefits, and explained them in an order of priority which was really helpful.…
Mitchell was incredibly professional, thorough, and detailed. Will absolutely return to Bartlett.
Blake came in and explained things in great detail and gave honest recommendations that made sense. At the end of the day we received a reasonable quote for things we knew needed to be done. More thank happy with our experience with Blake and Bartlett in general.
I called with no AC and Zach came right out to fix it. Cooling now, thank you! James came the next morning with replacement coil and installed. I love these people! Part 2 is that I love Zach and I love Jeff. Only thing better is the 2 of them together.
Our experience with Bartlett has been amazing! Started with Holly who is so customer focused but crowning Jewel was Mitchell!!! He is an amazing technician! He was so thorough and knowledgeable! We had 4 units with lots of issues. He documented everything and explained it all. Stayed late to finish it until almost 8 PM. Thank you Mitchell!
Best service advisors. Always helpful. Stephen very knowledgeable and good job. 4-13-26. 10-5-26. Stephen does a great job. Keeps my heat & air in top shape. Best service rep. Bartlett. Very good service. Frank found the voltage surge & repaired the outside AC. Great job and best price. 8-13-26. Bartlett.
Edit: Apparently this company was bought out in 2025 and now like to employ predatory scare tactics to sell you products and services you dont need. Do not believe the reviews and BBB score, the name means nothing anymore. On a routine service call they spent 3 hours in my house, having to call in a product manager…
Gene always does a great job maintaining our HVAC systems. He shows up on times and really goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.
Have used Bartlett for 5+ years now. Great staff and service! No high pressure sales pitch. Very honest team. Highly recommended! In that time I have also had unexpected things happen, and they are always quick to respond, and can get in quickly to fix the problem. It's like having a family member in your…
I have been using Bartlett for almost 30 years. I love working with a family business that has made me feel like an honorary Bartlett! The service is always top notch and I appreciate the support I get from them. Highly recommend!
Super Mario did a great job!
Bo, did an excellent job explaining what the problem was with my unit, what was required to repair it and the importance of having it serviced every 6 months. He was also patient, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I definitely plan to call the company to get on a A/C preventive maintenance plan. Nedra Martin-Chambers
Evan was Exceptional in every way. He arrived within 2 hours of my call to Bartlett. Ran down two complex electrical issues, repaired them and got the system up and running.
Bo is the greatest! Worth his weight in gold!
Had a great service call that we had already diagnosed. Our tech today was Frank. He was very friendly and listened to what we assumed was the problem. Frank explained to us how the problem could have happened and did a simple tap on the device to get it working. He also looked deeper to make sure the motor that…
Consistently a pleasure to work with, personable, professional, prompt!!! And Henry, our dog, agrees!!! We needed emergency service on a Sunday, by days end we were all fixed!
Evan was very communicative, explained the situation well and was very patient during the whole process. He managed to get on site quickly and got the system up and running again.
Routine inspection and annual maintenance renewal. Included thorough cleaning, evaluation, and recommendations. Mitchell is happy to answer questions and discuss his process, and he does so with friendly enthusiasm. I've come to trust Mitchell over the years, and always specify him as the tech I want working on my system.
Willie was great! Came out quickly on a 95° day after our A/C system stopped blowing cold air the night before. He was courteous and professional! The temps were in the 100’s and my A/C went out. Bartlett showed up that day when no one else would. They sent me Zach! He was SO good I asked for him to be my permanent service guy. He took pictures and explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix. He offered a service plan for me. That was a good…

Our AC stopped working on Sunday, I sent a message and someone replied a few minutes later. They had a tech out in under 2 hours and got everything working for us. Great reliable service!
Mitchell is prompt, courteous, and professional (as always 😊). He goes that “extra mile” by also ensuring open doors are relocked, lights turned off, and thermostats reset.
Jordan was friendly and professional. He did a great job and really took the time to talk us through the problem and solution. Thank you so much for the great service and getting us back up and running!
Bartlett came out for a blower replacement today, Evan was amazing and answered all my questions. Left me knowing what to expect and how to handle things. Very knowledgeable and always helpful. Would recommend Bartlett and Evan any time.
My experience was very positive with both my technician, Daejon, and Jeff who came later to give me an estimate to replace my AC system. Jordan was great and explained the issues we had. He gave many pricing tiers depending on how much we could spend to fix the issues in our home.
Stephen did a great job!
Evan spent hours trying to fix a tough issue with our AC unit. Ultimately we decided that it needs a partial replacement at the very least but Evan was able to get it running for us in the meantime which was very much appreciated.
I selected this company via Google Gemini sharing with me the best HVAC company in my region, with certain factors being most important. I will say that I walked away satisfied with both Gemini and Bartlett after my initial interactions and installation. From properly setting my expectations and meeting the…

Apr 2026: Bo Trader did my semi annual maintenance for me on my AC. He is without question very thorough & meticulous in his evaluation and maintenance of the unit. Fabulous to work with! They remind/alert me when it is time for service and are very accommodating. Bo has been coming to service our house for years! And now Stephen! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
Bartlett Heating & Cooling does our twice yearly maintenance and recently installed a new system. We really enjoy working with them and appetite prompt response times and attention to detail.
We’ve been using Bartlett for a few years and they have been great. They helped us extend our aging system for years longer than it would have been able otherwise and then put in a new complete HVAC system including new duct work last year. We love our now freezing master bed room to sleep in! Thanks Terence and team!
Recently Technician , Joshua Ellis from Bartlett Heating and Cooling , came on same day that I received notice of a potential problem with my newly installed system. 9 Aug 2022. The facts - Technician, Joshua, showed up on time; diagnosed the problem, did the work in about 50 - 60 minutes. Replaced a blown capacitor made for a smaller condenser unit. A/c is working again. Everyone is happy. :) :) The details - (A lot of good reasons why to call Bartlett.) House built…
Buyer beware with Bartlett Heating & Cooling. I called Barlett Heating & Cooling to replace a condensate pump on a mini split system. When I called to schedule the appointment, I said, "Please go ahead and bring a new condensate pump. It needs to be replaced." Instead, they performed a "Level 2" service on the…

We've been Bartlett customers for years and have always been impressed with the company and the quality of the products and services they sell, but it wasn't until a couple of years ago that we finally signed up for their maintenance agreement. Waiting so long was a mistake. The peace of mind we have when it gets…
Bo was very sweet and professional, told me exactly what was wrong and cost to fix it. He called before he arrived ,and was even a little early which was perfect. Thanks Bo.
Can't tell you how much we love Bartlett and Mr. Jerry specifically. We've been riding with them for almost a decade now. They are the only HVAC company we trust and they are worth every dime. Look no further!
